CEC Approved Solar Retailer

Sunrays Power is committed towards providing a higher standard service and quality towards all our clients. The Clean Energy Council Code of Conduct is a voluntary scheme for Australian solar retailers.

The Clean Energy Council manages the code of conduct and ensures that all signatories always comply with its strict requirements. The Code is the only solar industry code of conduct authorised by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). By being a signatory of the Clean Energy Council code of conduct, Sunrays Power commit ourselves towards providing a higher standard of quality and service towards our customers. Our aim is to lift the Australian Solar Industry bar higher than the minimum requirements set out by government and regulations.

By upholding the code, we will provide our customers with greater confidence by assuring you that you are buying a quality product from a company that follows all relevant consumer protection laws and is prepared to back the operation of your solar system for at least five years.

CEC Accredited Designer

Our solar designers inspect every aspect of your solar PV system to ensure the most optimal design for increased performance.

Our Solar Designers are licensed and accredited to design and oversee the installation of rooftop solar systems for our clients.

Our Designers inspect and ensure every aspect of your solar PV system meets the CEC code of conduct and guidelines. Not only do our designers provide our clients the most optimal design for increased performance, but they also ensure the safety of our installers and clients during the installation process.

Tesla Powerwall Certified Installer

We have partnered with Certified Installers who are trained to install Powerwall and adhere to strict quality, permitting and inspection requirements.

It is not a title they give it out lightly as it is a mark of their trust in, and support for the installers it is given to. The Tesla Powerwall Certification is only given to installers which have consistent displayed excellent installation quality and fantastic customer experience.

LG Solar Loyalty Partner

LG is one of the most diversified brands when it comes to consumer electronics, selling everything from TVs and refrigerators to air conditioners. Added to their already vast portfolio, LG Electronics is one of the world’s leading premium quality solar panel producers, only producing high-efficiency solar modules (maximum solar power per unit area, and module output of up to 400 W (120 Halfcut-cells)) with stringent production quality criteria.

A strict quality standard is followed during the manufacturing of LG solar modules, which extends beyond the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) Test Standards. In this way, LG can manufacture solar modules which are consistent in quality, reliability, and longevity stability.

LG has also created an accreditation that guarantees their solar products are installed to a high degree of accuracy to accompany their strict quality criteria.

If anyone looking to get Solar PV systems installed at there property, I would recommend to contact Ronak from Sunray’s Power. I contacted Sunray’s Power to find out the best option for Solar Installation, where I spoke to Ronak and the level of service offered by him from my initial call of getting the quote upto getting Installed was an excellent experience. He completed the required assessment remotely and offered me couple of quotes based on my needs and left it for me to make a decision to pick one. We did had few phone calls on the quotes offered and finally I ended up selecting ‘330W Q Cells Q Peak Duo G5+ Panels with a Fronius Inverter’ based on my budget. Post selecting the Panels and Inverter he also booked in an installer, who was professional and did an excellent job in installing the Panel and Inverters at my property and also walk me through the functions of the Inverter. Being new in using the system, Ronak also assisted me how to connect the Inverter to the home Internet and monitor the performance of the system via the app on the phone. He also addressed any questions I had from my initial phone call up to monitoring the performance of the system on my Phone post installation. Overall experience was excellent and I would recommend Ronak and his team for this work.

After receiving a quote created from aerial photos, an installation supervisor visited the property to do a physical evaluation. That evaluation identified some issues with the initial quoted system. A couple of alternatives were presented which would have cost more, but the initial quoted price was honoured so we ended up with a better system for the same price. The installation went without a hitch including the removal and disposal of the existing solar panels. The system has been running for over 3 months and the power generated has been good and better than expected on those not so sunny days. We are very happy to recommend Sunrays Power for their professionalism and quality of the product selected for us.

Sunrays power installed my solar late in 2019, was a small discrepancie on how many panels as my roof had an unusual section and they couldn't mont on it so i ended up with 5.something kw instead of the 6kw. System was jinko panels with a Fronious 5kw inverter with wireless login function and tracking. System has been faultless and performed great, was making excess money for me at 1 stage but with the pay in credit cutback not so much now, i can export over 600kw a quarter and only use 100kw grid, solar will run the house from about 10am to 3pm winterish and from 7am to around 8pm in summer before grid power takes over so that in itself is a great saving, in summer it will run my aircon on medium with no grid usage. Highly recommend Sunrays power... Sorry, no photos of the system.... yet..

Its been 3 years since our Solar panel was professionally installed by the people at Sunrays Power and I would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact I did after it was installed to 3 households near me. Not only was the knowledge of the sales person extraordinary about our installation, but the installers, 2 guys did such a good job installing that when the inspectors came they mentioned that we were the first house to be approved by the regulators without any changes in over a 100 other installers. How good is that. It was installed in no time at all in less than a day and we have been seeing the benefits ever since. Our electricity bill has been reduced by 2/3 and we are high users. Highly recommended for the professional advice of making sure from to choose right product for us til we can see benefit of having right product. They did detail analysis from our electricity usage and discussed with our future expansion to get better understanding to advice right product and size to get good rate of return of our investment and explain us in easy language then technical. Ronack was extremely informative, nothing was too much trouble. He kept in touch with us to be sure everything was going well. We had a small problem with our billing which was not his responsibility, but kindly he helped us with it. Everything functioned as was promised. Product has been good, service over and above expectations.
